We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact us via the form on our Contact page or by email at sales@mattadorcrafts.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require clear photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item before a return or refund can be processed. We will assess the damage and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that we do not refund original postage costs unless the item was faulty or damaged.
